Access for All

At NxGen MDx, our highest priority is ensuring that testing is affordable and accessible. We perform an estimate of each patient’s out-of-pocket cost, and we work with everyone to make sure they understand their options.

    How It Works

    Step 1

Your healthcare provider orders a test and collects your sample to send to our lab.

    Step 2

We receive your sample and begin processing it.

    Step 3

We work with you to help you understand the available options.

    Step 4

If you think you will have difficulty paying for your testing, NxGen MDx offers an income-based Access for All Program.

    Cost Estimator

The Access for All Program will determine your testing costs based on your income, your household size, and federally determined financial criteria. If your application is verified, approved, and if your out-of-pocket responsibility is above the test cost below, NxGen MDx will cap the cost at the reduced price. To estimate what your out-of-pocket responsibility might be if you are eligible for the Access for All Program, consult the table below.

Note that only individuals using insurance or who are uninsured can qualify for the Access for All Program.

Due to federal regulatory restrictions, patients who are covered under government-funded programs such as Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and TriCare are not eligible to apply.
