While we are not a participating provider, most health plans cover NxGen screening. To see if our services qualify under your health plan, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your plan does not cover NxGen testing, you still have flexible payment options through our Peace of Mind Program (see below). Please contact us if you have any concerns about your out-of-pocket costs.

Explanation of Benefits
Once you select a NxGen plan with your doctor, you may receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance carrier. This document will outline the status of the NxGen claim against your policy and describes your estimated costs (if any) payable to your insurance carrier. NOTE: The EOB is NOT an invoice, and the estimated cost can change during the course of our appeal for payment with your provider.
